Use the below copy to migrate your group to the new MoveSpring platform. We recommend migrating your users into an existing challenge group. This way they can immediately begin the MoveSpring experience and get familiar with the new structure.
Don't forget to hyperlink the challenge link to step 1, and input your organization code in step 2.
We’re moving our wellness challenges to MoveSpring, Stridekick's new platform for groups. With baseline activity challenges at its core, MoveSpring aims to enhance your experience by focusing on community, engagement and wellness content. You will be required to download a new app and create a new account. All group challenges moving forward will be on MoveSpring.
Use the web or mobile app to create an account and connect a device! To join the group and participate in the upcoming challenge as a new user, follow the steps below:
- Click the following link to create your MoveSpring account and be placed in your challenge group. Clicking from your phone will navigate you to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) to download the app first. Clicking from your computer will take you to the MoveSpring website: [Admin Action Required: Hyperlink your challenge link to step 1!]
- Confirm your organization code: [ORG CODE] (not case sensitive)

- Follow the steps to create your account and connect a device.
You’re in the challenge group! Time to get moving.
Reach out to our support center from the MoveSpring app. Go to ‘Profile’ and click the blue text "Need some help? Contact support". Scroll to the bottom, and select ‘Message Support’.
