Whether you’re new to MoveSpring or just need a quick refresher course, here’s a quick overview of the basics you need to get started!

The MoveSpring Dashboard

The MoveSpring Dashboard is made up of two main sections: Your Activity and Challenges. Your Activity is listed at the top of your dashboard and Challenges can be found immediately below.

Your Activity

In Your Activity, you can find today’s current step count, as well as your step history for the past 7 days by swiping to the right. If you swipe to the very end, you’ll see a blue button that says “View activity insights.” This will take you to your profile, where you can view your historical activity data and trends. Learn more about your mobile profile here. View the last time your device was synced at the top right corner of your dashboard.

Announcements & Other Notifications

Just below the Your Activity section of the dashboard, you will receive a preview of any recent announcements that have been shared by your challenge admin. You'll also see a notification for any user-created challenge invites here. Just tap on the notification to open it up and view more details.

In the Challenges section, you can view all of your Active, Upcoming, and Completed challenges. You can join any public challenges available in your client account by clicking the blue “Join/Create” button.

Swipe to the right to view your challenges, and swipe left to go back.

You can select the ellipsis [“…”] menu to the right of your challenge’s name to view challenge details, access the group chat, or leave the challenge.

Viewing a challenge

After tapping "View challenge" you'll be able to access your challenge scores, more detailed stats, and content as shown below:

All admin-created challenges will contain include two to six cards. For example, your challenge may have a Leaderboard card, a Quote card, and a Stick to It card. User-created challenges will be limited to one card per challenge.

If you would like to see more details about a specific card within your challenge, tap on the card or on the expand icon in the upper right corner to open it up. For example, when you expand the Team Leaderboard, you can see the full team leaderboard from the "Group Stats: view, or you can view your team's stats by selecting "Team Stats" as shown below:

To return to your dashboard after clicking on a card, click the back arrow at the top left of your screen.
