Why isn't my Garmin device syncing to MoveSpring?

On July 23, 2020, Garmin experienced a worldwide outage. As of August 4, 2020, syncing from Garmin accounts to MoveSpring has not resumed. We are continuing to keep a close watch on the Garmin Connect status and will update this notice once syncing has resumed.

Can I sync activity data to MoveSpring in the meantime?

You can still sync to MoveSpring using your iPhone or Android device or via manual entry if your challenge admin has it enabled. You also contact your admin for further inquiries.
