How to Update Your Email Address on Mobile

  1. Open MoveSpring on a mobile device and tap Log in
  2. Log into your MoveSpring account with your current email and password
  3. Tap the menu bars in the upper left corner > tap Settings
  4. Tap your current email address
  5. Enter your new email address and then tap Update email

6. Check your email for your new email address for a verification code. The email should be titled 'Your MoveSpring Verification Code' and be sent from no-reply@movespring.com.

7. Enter the verification code you received and tap Submit

8. You should now see a message that your email was successfully changed. Tap Done to return to your Settings page.

How to Reset Your Email Address on the MoveSpring Website

  1. Navigate to https://app.movespring.com/login/ in a web browser
  2. Log into your MoveSpring account with your current email and password
  3. Select your profile icon in the upper right corner > select Settings
  4. Select your current email address from your Settings page
  5. Enter your new email address and then select Continue
  6. Check your email for a verification code. The email should be titled 'Your MoveSpring Verification Code' and be sent from no-reply@movespring.com.
  7. Enter the verification code you received and select Continue
  8. You should now see a message that your email was successfully changed. Select Okay to return to your Settings page.
