Now that you’ve connected Samsung Health via Samsung's Health Platform app, learn how to sync steps, distance, and active minutes to MoveSpring. We’ll also show you how to make sure you’ve got data available to sync!

The Syncing Process

To sync to MoveSpring, you just need to open the MoveSpring app and wait to see a Last synced message to confirm that you've synced.

We recommend syncing by opening the MoveSpring app at least 1x/day during your challenge.

All MoveSpring challenges have a 72-hour grace period after the challenge ends to give you extra time to sync your final steps, so make sure you sync before the grace period is up!

Where Does MoveSpring Get My Data From?

MoveSpring pulls your activity data from Samsung Health. This means your activity data needs to be present in Samsung Health in order to sync to MoveSpring.

Steps, distance, and minutes need to show here to sync to MoveSpring:

If activity data isn't showing in Samsung Health or syncing correctly to MoveSpring, please see these troubleshooting tips for Samsung Health users.
