Our team has released an update that allows Apple Watch users to resume syncing as expected. The latest update is version 2.4.7 and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store. If you do not see the update in the App Store at this time, please check again later. The update may take some time to appear for your device.

Previous update from Nov. 7, 2022:

Our team has received several reports from Apple Watch users that their active minute data is not syncing accurately to MoveSpring at this time.

We believe the discrepancies are a result of the recent time change from daylight savings time to standard time.

We are actively working to release a fix for this experience. Thanks in advance for your patience.
