Health Connect is a platform that enables Android users to manage their fitness data from a variety of applications all in one place. Using Health Connect, users can share their Samsung Health data and sync this data with MoveSpring.
To get started, download Health Connect for free from the Google Play store. Once you've downloaded the Health Connect app, learn how to connect to Health Connect in MoveSpring. Before you connect, ensure that you grant Health Connect permission to sync your Samsung Health data.

If your challenge admins have manual activity entry enabled for your challenge, you'll be able to add activities directly into your MoveSpring account. Manual activity entry allows you to manually enter your steps from Samsung Health into MoveSpring up to 7 days back.
