Signing up on a desktop or laptop computer
1. Click the MoveSpring link provided by your organization to start the sign up process. This link may have been sent to you via email or can be located in your organization's employee web portal.
Note: If you received an organization code instead of a link, please proceed to the next step.
2. Select "Sign up" from the MoveSpring website
3. View or enter your company's organization code and select "Sign up" again
4. Confirm your organization by selecting "Confirm"
5. Select "Continue" when asked to Log in through SSO as shown here:
6. Enter your log in credentials for your organization's employee web portal and follow the prompts to log in
7. After submitting your log in credentials, you should be navigated back to MoveSpring
8. Follow the remaining steps to create your account and select "Agree & Create Account." From here, you can connect a device and start participating in your challenges.*
*If you select Google Fit or Apple Health from the device list on the MoveSpring website, you'll be prompted to enter your phone number to receive a link to bring you to the MoveSpring app where you can connect. Learn how to log into the MoveSpring mobile app here.
Signing up on a mobile device
1. Select the MoveSpring link provided by your organization to start the sign up process. This link may have been sent to you via email or can be located in your organization's employee web portal from your mobile phone.
Note: If you received an organization code instead of a link, please proceed to the next step.
2. Download the free MoveSpring app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then, open the MoveSpring app.
3. Select "Sign up"
4. View or enter your company's organization code and select "Sign up" again
5. Confirm your organization by selecting "Confirm"
6. Select "Continue" when asked to Log in through SSO as shown here:
7. Enter your log in credentials for your organization's employee web portal and follow the prompts to log in
8. After submitting your log in credentials, you should be navigated back to the MoveSpring app

What should I do if I didn't see an organization code after clicking the link to MoveSpring?
If you clicked on a MoveSpring link but didn't see a pre-populated organization code, please click the link to MoveSpring again. This should pre-populate your organization code.
