Required MoveSpring app update released on May 30, 2023
Our team released a required app update at approx. 9pm CDT on May 30, 2023. You should receive the update when you open the MoveSpring app for the first time since the update went live.

The update will install automatically after you select 'Continue'. You do not need to visit your device's app store to receive the automatic update.
For Android users, you may see your screen go white for a few seconds while your app updates. After the update is installed on your device, you should be able to proceed with using the MoveSpring app as usual.
What will the app update impact?
This app update includes several backend upgrades for the systems we use to operate the MoveSpring platform. These upgrades will allow our team to better serve the MoveSpring community in the future.
I didn't receive an "Update available" message. What should I do?
Our team released an update to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with these same upgrades. Please update to version 2.4.30 as soon as possible.
If you didn't receive the app update, you may notice delays in your app updating in real-time until you install the update from the app store. In the meantime, you can force your MoveSpring app to update by scrolling down from the top of your screen as shown here:
This will force your dashboard to refresh. Here is an example of what you should see:
You can follow this process from the Dashboard, Friends tab, Challenges tab, and your Profile tab. For example, to update your challenge scores from within a challenge, you can pull down to sync as shown here:
From the Chat tab, you will not be able to see live updates indicating new messages received while the chat thread is open. To refresh your chat thread, please leave the chat thread and then re-open the chat thread to see the latest updates.
