The below graphic walks through 6 steps users can take when on boarding. 

Steps 0 and 3 are required, meaning, at it's simplest, the on boarding will require users to enter an organization code to be associated with your group, and enter their account information to create their MoveSpring account. 

The Organization Code

All clients of MoveSpring will have an organization code, specific to their client, available for new users to enter once upon sign up. Codes are 6-10 digits and are not case sensitive. 

Eligibility and Supplemental

Eligibility is only available to Ultimate Plan clients. Please reach out to our client success team if you're interested in getting this set up for your group.

Supplemental is included in both the Professional and Ultimate plan. Please reach out to our customer support team if you have questions on upgrading your plan!

Create Your Account - A Very Important Step! 

All new users need to provide a first name, last name, username, email and password to create their MoveSpring account. They can change any of this information, and update their profile image, at any time from their Settings. 

Connecting Your Device 

Users can connect a device as they sign up, or skip the step and return to it later. 

Activity Styles

Activity styles are used to personalize your profile. We want to know more about you! Users can always skip this step, it is completely optional. 

A note to admins: If participants are joining through your challenge link, they will be placed into your challenge group after completing these steps.
