The below graphic walks through 5 steps users can take when onboarding.
Steps 1 and 4 are required, meaning, at its simplest, the onboarding will require users to enter an organization code to be associated with your challenge and enter their account information to create their MoveSpring account.
The Organization Code
All clients of MoveSpring will have an organization code, specific to their client, available for new users to enter upon sign up. Codes are 6-10 digits and are not case sensitive.
Eligibility and Supplemental
Eligibility is only available to Ultimate Plan clients. Please reach out to our client success team if you're interested in getting this set up for your challenge.
Supplemental is included in both the Professional and Ultimate plan. Please reach out to our customer support team if you have questions on upgrading your plan!
Create Your Account - A Very Important Step!
All new users need to provide a first name, last name, username, email and password to create their MoveSpring account. They can change any of this information and update their profile image at any time from their Settings.
Connecting Your Device
Users can connect a device as they sign up, or skip the step and return to it later.
A note to admins: If participants are joining through your challenge link, they will be placed into your challenge after completing these steps.
