Why can't I sync steps from my Jawbone device

MoveSpring no longer supports a connection with Jawbone devices. 

Unfortunately, Jawbone stopped supporting their devices in May 2018 when their system abruptly stopped sending any data. This caused syncing errors in our own system. To avoid further errors in our system, we stopped connecting to Jawbone. 

While Jawbone has made some efforts to stabilize their system, we will not be returning connect ability to their devices.

Though they have yet to make an official update, it seems likely that the company will close. Jawbone has been liquidating their assets since 2017.
