How do I increase my user count?
You can increase your user count anytime!
If you need to add users to your MoveSpring account, please contact your MoveSpring client success manager directly or email clientsupport@movespring.com and we will be happy to assist you.
What if I don't know how many users will join?
We offer a flex cap pricing option for both one-time and annual plans that allows you to buy a lower amount of users upfront, then see how many users will join. Once your registration is complete, we will bill you for your updated, final user total.
If you're unsure of how many users you'll have, we recommend using our flex cap pricing option to avoid purchasing too many user spots upfront.
