This message is for people who are creating an account with the same email and password used to log into internal employee/company portals. 

Please reach out to our customer support team by clicking on the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

You may be experiencing issues creating an account with your employee/company login for a variety of reasons. 

-Duplicate email: a MoveSpring account already exists with that email address
-Ineligible email: you may not be eligible for this program
-Technical error: your employee credentials are not successfully transferring to our MoveSpring system
