Now that you’ve connected your Apple Watch, learn how to sync steps, distance, and active minutes to MoveSpring. We’ll also show you how to make sure you’ve got data available to sync!

The Syncing Process

To sync to MoveSpring, you just need to open your MoveSpring app and wait to see a ‘Last synced:' message to confirm that you’ve synced.

We recommend syncing by opening the MoveSpring app at least once a day during your challenge.

All MoveSpring challenges have a 72-hour grace period after the challenge ends to give you extra time to sync your final steps, so make sure you sync before the grace period is up!

Where Does MoveSpring Get My Data?

MoveSpring pulls your activity data from the Health app because it aggregates steps from your watch and phone. If steps, distance, or minutes aren’t showing here, then they can’t sync to MoveSpring.

If activity data isn’t showing in Apple Health or syncing correctly to MoveSpring, please see these troubleshooting tips for Apple Watch users.
