What are Announcements?
Announcements are posts shared by your administrator to communicate important updates throughout your program.
If an announcement is shared by your administrator, it will display on your dashboard for up to 10 days or until it is replaced by a new announcement. After 10 days, announcements will be archived and can be accessed using the steps shared below.
Accessing Announcements on the Mobile App
How to Access Current Announcements on the Mobile App
New announcements will appear just below the Your Activity and Monthly Step Goal section of your dashboard. Tap on the preview to view the full announcement.
After you've finished reading the announcement, swipe down from the top of the announcement to return to your dashboard.
How to Access Past Announcements on the Mobile App
From your mobile dashboard, tap the menu bar located at the top left of your screen
Tap Announcements
Scroll down to view past announcements, or use the dropdown menu at the top to filter your selection by time period
Accessing Announcements from our Website
How to Access Current Announcements from our Website
1. New announcements will appear just below the Your Activity section of your web dashboard. Click on the preview to view the full announcement.
2. After you've finished reading the announcement, use the X at the top right corner to return to your dashboard.
How to Access Past Announcements from our Website
1. From your web dashboard, click the Announcements tab at the top of your screen
2. You’ll now see a list of all past announcements from this page. Click on an announcement to view the full announcement.
