Users can now create a customizable "Daily Habit" challenge right in the MoveSpring app. When users create their own challenges in the app, they will now have the option to select "Daily Habit." They can select one of our preset habits or create their own.
Just like with Custom Activity Challenges created by admins, users will log and complete the daily action they choose. These habits are not tracked by a wearable device.
Encourage your users to create their own custom habit challenge by sending them the information below via email, Slack, Teams, etc.
Note: You must have the User-created challenges feature turned on for your account in order to access Daily Habit challenges. Learn how to adjust your account settings.
