Keep your users engaged and moving in between challenges by shouting out stats throughout the year! This will help encourage your users to continue syncing and participating in MoveSpring, whether they are running their own challenges or just trying to maintain a daily average.

You can pull User Reports to share fun and competitive stats in announcements, such as highlighting the weekend’s top steppers, the week’s highest active minute stats, or users who synced the most distance last month.

How often should I engage my users?

We recommend reaching out to your participants about once a month when you don't have an active challenge running. Create a balanced engagement strategy if you're using any other engagement resources (such as our Announcement Templates for General Wellness Engagement or our Announcement Templates for Seasonal Events & Holidays).

This article offers general templates for calling out various user stats. Here are some ways we suggest using these ideas:

  • Pick one day a month (such as the 1st of each month) to share highlights from the past month.

  • Pick random days to call out stats to keep participants on their toes!
