Depending on the settings your admin chose, you may be able to create your own team in your Team Leaderboard challenge.
If you do not see the options below, then your admin may not have this feature turned on for your challenge. In this case, you will just need to join a team that was created for you. See how to join a team here.
Creating a team
You can create a team from your dashboard following the steps below.
Open your dashboard on the mobile or web app, scroll to the "Your Challenges" section. Tap on the "Upcoming" tab to see challenges that are starting soon. You should see your upcoming team leaderboard challenge. If you don't see your challenge, contact your admin or support for help.
You’ll see a card that prompts you to Join or Create a team. Tap the “Create a Team” button.
Provide a team name and upload an image. Team names must be 38 characters or less.
Once your team is created, you will see it in the list of all available teams. It will also appear on your dashboard in the "Upcoming" tab of "Your Challenges."
Editing your team details
Edit your team details by clicking "Edit Team Details" on your team page or on the card seen in your "Upcoming" section of "Your Challenges."
Leaving the team you created
If you need to leave your team, you can do this by navigating to your team page and selecting "Change team."
Depending on the settings determined by your admin, you may not be able to create a team after a challenge starts. To be safe, it's best to always create or join a team before a challenge starts so you don't get locked out.
