The MoveSpring Web Dashboard

The MoveSpring web dashboard is made up of three main sections: Your Activity, Invites/Announcements/Log An Activity*, and Challenges. Your Activity is listed at the top of your dashboard and Challenges can be found at the bottom of your dashboard.

*Applicable only if you are in a custom activity challenge.

Your Activity

In Your Activity, you can find today’s current step count, as well as your step history for the past 7 days by swiping to the right. If you press the back arrow on the left to the very end, you’ll see a blue button that says View activity insights. This will take you to your profile, where you can view your historical activity data and trends. Learn more about your web activity insights here. View the last time your device was synced at the top right corner of your dashboard.

Invites/Announcements & Other Notifications

Just below the Your Activity section of the dashboard, you will receive a preview of any recent announcements that have been shared by your challenge admin. You'll also see a notification for any user-created challenge invites here. Just click on the notification to open it up and view more details.

Log An Activity

If you're participating in a challenge based on logged activities, you will see a Log an Activity section in your MoveSpring dashboard, just above your Challenges section. This is where you'll be able to quickly see if you've logged your daily activities that have been specified by your challenge admin. You can log your activity through the MoveSpring app only. Click here to learn how to log an activity.

*You may not have access to this feature since only users in a custom activity challenge will be able to see the Log an Activity section.

Challenges

In the Challenges section, you can view all of your Active, Upcoming, and Completed challenges. You can join any public challenges available in your client account by clicking the green Join challenge button.

Scroll right and left to view your challenge cards and content from here.

You can select the ellipsis […] menu to the right of your challenge’s name to view challenge details, access the group chat, or leave the challenge.

Viewing challenge scores

Click into a challenge card to view more details. For example, if you click on a Virtual Race card as shown in the photo above, you'll be brought to a full view of the map, and you can also scroll down to see all of your Virtual Race milestones.

Select the Leaderboard section from there to view your Virtual Race leaderboard:

You can click into other challenge cards in the same way to view challenge scores.
