Welcome to the new and improved MoveSpring Admin Center experience! We’ve optimized the Admin Center to make it more useful, intuitive, and easy to navigate.

Read on for an overview of the changes to expect, or watch the video below for a quick summary.

Updated Navigation Menu

The first thing you’ll notice in the new Admin Center is that the blue navigation bar previously at the top of the Admin Center has moved to the lefthand side of the screen.

Our new collapsable side navigation menu makes it easier to navigate the Admin Center while giving you more space to manage your MoveSpring program. Simply hover your mouse over the side navigation menu to see it expand with additional context.

Brand New Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard has gotten a makeover! We’ve added in fun stats specific to your group, and made it easier to access key features.

Stat Snapshots

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find 3 new dashboard stats: highest stepping day of the week, your team’s yearly progress, and most engaged user.

  • Highest stepping day of the week calculates your organization’s steps and determines which day of the week your users are stepping the most. You’ll also see the average number of steps per user for that day of the week, every week.

  • Your team’s progress adds up all the steps your organization has taken this year so far. Along with this total, you’ll find a fun fact of how far your users have moved together. This stat resets on a yearly basis, on December 31st. This is a great stat to celebrate all the movement your users have collectively taken!

  • Most engaged shows you the user that is most engaged in your MoveSpring programming this year. This is determined via the total number of app visits, likes, comments, and chat messages sent.

    Announcements

Next on the dashboard, you’ll find an easy access point to the announcements feature. It’s now easier than ever to communicate with your team.

From the dashboard, you’ll be able to see the most recently sent or scheduled announcement, including your image, title, a preview of the announcement description, and publish date / time. You’ll also find the ability to edit that announcement, create or schedule a new announcement, or navigate to view all of your announcements.

Please note: Only announcements that have been sent to all users will show here. Announcements sent to sub-groups can be viewed by selecting 'View All Announcements'.

    Your Recent Challenges

View your most recently created challenges and their dates, number of participants, and their status (upcoming, in progress, calculating, or complete). Easily navigate to view your most recent challenges, or create a new challenge directly from the dashboard.

    Upcoming Calendar Events

*Note: Please contact your Customer Success rep if you're interested in enabling the Wellness Calendar feature.

If the Wellness Calendar is enabled for your organization’s account, an upcoming calendar events section will appear on the dashboard. Once you’ve created events in your calendar, you’ll see two of the latest live or upcoming events, including the event date or date range, event category, title, and the number of RSVPs (if applicable).

You’ll also be able to view all events, or create a new event from this section.

Robust Analytics Tab

Your organization’s analytics have moved to a new home! To navigate to the new Analytics tab, hover your mouse over the side navigation menu and select Analytics.

User Activity

In the User Activity section, you’ll see three main stats: Activity Distribution, Step Ranges, and Superstars.

  • Activity Distribution - View a graph of the daily step, distance, or active minute average within your specified timeframe. Filter by year, quarter, or month.

  • Step Ranges - See the distribution of daily average steps during your specified timeframe. Filter by year, quarter, or month.

  • Superstars - View the top 5 users with the highest number of steps, most engagement, and most daily active minutes. Filter by year, quarter, or month.

    Explore

*Note: This feature is currently available to all annual plan clients (Pro and Ultimate plan levels). Learn more about enabling this feature here.

Beneath the Explore header, you’ll find a snippet of your key user engagement stats within the Explore feature.

By default, you’ll be able to view your top views by topic and your most popular topic. Filter by year, quarter, or month, and easily download the Explore Reports.

Additionally, you’ll have the ability to navigate to View all Explore Analytics. This page provides an overview of all Explore data for your organization, including which participants are most engaged with the Explore feature. Learn more about Explore Analytics.

    Friends

View user friendship stats, including number of friendships created, average number of friends per user, and friendliest user. You’ll also have easy access to download the Friends Report.

    User-created Challenges

View stats on user-created challenges, including a challenge type breakdown, challenge creation stats, and the user with most user-created challenges.

    Device Usage

View stats on the devices your users are utilizing, including a wearable device breakdown and app usage by platform.
