What languages are supported by the MoveSpring app?

The MoveSpring mobile and web apps are currently available in the following languages:

  • English

If a user has their language preference on their phone set to Spanish or Canadian French, the MoveSpring mobile app will recognize this and auto-translate the app for these users. Users can follow this article to change the language preferences on their phone.

Note: Language support is only available for the user-facing MoveSpring mobile app and web application at https://app.movespring.com/. The MoveSpring Admin Center is not localized at this time.

Best practices for a multi-lingual workforce

  • Ask a user's preferred language as a supplemental question when they sign up for a MoveSpring account with your organization. This will allow you to send tailored announcements based on language preferences, since you can filter your announcements by your supplemental fields. You could also set up specific challenges for each language.

Example:

  • Consider including 2 languages in your announcements and content. This will allow users in your organization to reference the language that they prefer.
