*A note on technical support and language translation
MoveSpring technical support operates in English. However, if a user contacts the MoveSpring support team in another language, the support team member will reply in English, and then share a translation of the reply via Google Translate to facilitate the conversation.
Best practices for a multi-lingual workforce
Ask a user's preferred language as a supplemental question when they sign up for a MoveSpring account with your organization. This will allow you to send tailored announcements based on language preferences, since you can filter your announcements by your supplemental fields. You could also set up specific challenges for each language.
Consider including 2 languages in your announcements and content. This will allow users in your organization to reference the language that they prefer.
