Please review this list of frequently asked questions for our upcoming holiday support coverage.

When will MoveSpring support be available?

The MoveSpring team will be offline Dec 25, 2023 - Jan 1, 2024. During this time, the MoveSpring technical support team will be available on the following dates from 9am-5pm CST to answer any support inquiries:

  • Tuesday, Dec 26, 2023

  • Friday, Dec 29, 2023

Note: Support coverage during these hours is not a live chat, but we are always prompt with responses to ensure questions will be answered in a timely fashion.

Can I submit a question when support is not online?

Yes! If you submit a question outside of these hours, our support team will get back to you when they are online again.

What if I have a challenge starting January 1, 2024?

Not to worry! Our support team will return January 2 at 9am CST and will be happy to assist. If you or a colleague are having trouble setting up your account or syncing, our support team can assist with ensuring activity data is synced for the dates of your challenge.
